Italian Sausage In Tomato Sauce
2 Lb Italian Sausage
1 tsp Oregano
2 Cups Tomato Sauce1 Lb
Mushrooms, Sliced
1 Cup Chablis
2 Tbls Olive Oil
Sauté the sausage in the olive oil in a skillet just long enough to seal it and firm it up.
Remove using a slotted spoon. Set aside to cool.
Cut into bite size pieces Combine the rest of ingredients in the skillet.
Bring to a boil. Add the sausage. Cook for 1 hour over low heat.
Serve as a hot appetizer.
Yields 10 Servings.
