Tropical Pineapple Boat
Ingredients:
pineapple, tropical fruits (banana, papaya, kiwi, mango, watermelon etc)
Directions:
Cut pineapple in half length wise through the crown, leaving crown
intact. Remove fruit from the pineapple halves, leaving 1/2 inch of
fruit inside shell. Cut fruit into cubes. Toss pineapple cubes lightly with a selection of tropical fruits. Spoon into pineapple boats to serve.
