Artichoke Dip
1 packet frozen artichoke hearts (10 oz)
1 C sour cream
1 C mayonnaise
1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375F. Defrost artichoke hearts and drain. Mix
together sour cream, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Add artichoke hearts and mix thoroughly. Turn into a baking dish and bake until hot and bubbly.
