Lemon Flip
Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
2 tsp sugar syrup
4 cl (1.35 oz) lemon juice
several ice cubes
Instructions:
Put several ice cubes in the shaker, 1 egg yolk, 2 tea spoons sugar
syrup, 4 cl (1.35 oz) lemon juice. Shake very well and strain into a
long drink glass. Serve with a drinking straw.
