Chicken Spaghetti
3 cans (5 oz) boned chicken
3 tbl flour
3 tbl butter
1/4 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg (12 oz) spaghetti
Cook spaghetti separately - according to directions on package.
While spaghetti is cooking, mix chicken, flour, butter, milk and soups
in a large pan (4-6 quart pan) over medium heat (enough to melt butter). Then add 4 oz of each type cheese. Mix well.
After spaghetti is cooked add to the chicken mixture. Pour into a 13x9
pan. Top with remaining cheeses. Bake at 350(F) for about 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with some type of bread.
