Sauerkraut Appetizer
2 packages Buddig Corned Beef
1 can or equivalent of sauerkraut
1 8 oz bar of cream cheese
8-12 oz of shredded Swiss cheese
milk (enough to make it the consistency you prefer)
Just chop the corned beef and sauerkraut (so its not too stringy) and
combine all ingredients in a frying pan or electric skillet. Wait and
add the milk after the cheeses have melted to see how thin it needs to be.
Serve warm over crackers or bread.
